1.Transportation of the battery

1.1 Batteries and accessories should be packed in a box (or battery iron box). Reinforcement measures should be taken between the box and the contact part between the box and the transportation tool to prevent the battery from colliding with each other.

1.2 It is a normal phenomenon that the electrolyte level of the battery is lower than the standard value due to hoisting, long-term transportation and other reasons. If the liquid level is too low, it is caused by splashing or water evaporation. The electrolyte of the same density or battery water should be added to adjust to the liquid level in the later stage of charging or during the equalizing charging process according to the specific situation.

2.Battery Storage

2.1 Dry batteries (without liquid added) should be stored in a clean and dry room with a temperature of (5-40)℃. The storage period of the batteries is two years from the date of leaving the factory. If more than two years, its performance will decrease accordingly, and the initial charging time of the battery should be appropriately extended.

2.2 If it is the battery that leaves the factory after the initial charge, its storage should conform to:

2.2.1 Store in a clean and dry room with a temperature of (5-40) ℃, with regular ventilation.

2.2.2 The battery is not exposed to direct sunlight, and the distance from the heat source shall not be less than 2m.

2.2.3 It is not allowed to be upside down, and must not be subjected to any mechanical impact or heavy pressure.

2.2.4 The dust falling on the battery cover and the electrolyte dripping on the surface of the battery during the measurement process should be wiped with (5-10)% soda solution and tap water in time to keep the battery surface clean and dry.

2.2.5 Supplement the battery with the current of the second stage of normal charging every 30 days.
